Pomeranian - in search of a family

Looking for someone serious about owning a pet. Please do not message me if you are after a temporary cute fix. Because I am doing thorough checks on the potential new parent.

Pomeranian breed, black with a hint of white under chest area, 12 months, Chipped / Registered/sterilized/vaccinated

Family requirements
– have their own home, fenced (I will be viewing the home and his future surroundings myself in person at a convenient time) to ensure he will be in a safe environment where he cannot escape.
– the new parent will be taking over his registration costs which are due on the 30/06 and his pet insurance (As Pomeranians need one). Cost of this if paid before the 1st August is $124 (this is a yearly fee).
– ideally with someone with no other pets. as they require their parent’s full attention.
– ideally with someone with kids older than the age of 3 or 4 (as the dog does jump and nip at faces – this is a trait of a Pomeranian). Also can get overwhelming for both the child and the pet.
– Ideally someone working from home – because he does require company and has separation anxiety.
– he will be requiring his final vaccinations by the end of this month too (Vanguard plus 5 and lepto).
– new parents will need the following: pet crate, toys, biscuits, and anything else they think they will require to settle him in.
– new parent will need to walk him twice a day (morning and evening) as he has a lot of energy that he needs to burn

Vaccination (Important)
– he is due for his last lot of vaccines. Which the new parent will need to obtain.

Also requesting for a donation/ adoption fee to cover all the costs incurred to date. So please do not think he is going to be rehomed free of charge.

Personality: Please google Pomeranian traits and how to look after one. This will give you an idea of how active and how much attention they require, Little pocket rocket, Loves cuddles and walks, he is a lap pet. he will want to sit on your lap all the time and be patted all the time.

Disadvantages of owning a Pome: He barks all the time at everything and anything and sometimes at nothing at all. So this might NOT be for people who want peace and quiet become as the constant barking can be frustrating and annoying. Could be very distracting to neighbors.

Initially while he settles into his new home: he will pee everywhere and also defecate everywhere. Until you form stability and a routine for him(if done correctly this can happen within a week). He will need his own space to pee etc. whether it be inside or outside. He needs a set routine. He currently sleeps at around 5pm and wakes up at 8am. So he is kept in his crate during this period. He has gotten use to it. Prior to putting him to bed you will need to ensure he his fed and has drank water at least 1 hour in advance. So he can go pee etc before heading to his crate to sleep.

Feeding: they want to eat all the time, so setting a routine for him is very important (whether it be two good feeds a day) or 4 small feeds. He needs plenty of water as he is very active. Also google dietary requirements to understand this fully.
