Hello everyone, My name is Ngoc and I’m currently looking for a new owner for my adorable and energetic dog, Dotty. She needs to be in a home where it’s difficult to escape as she really likes to go outside.
Any additional resources that are needed for her rehoming process can be negotiated
Temperament/behavior: relatively big, considering she’s still in her puppy’s year, and she is extremely friendly. She doesn’t bark at stranger as she is very excited when seeing new people. If she is too excited, she might even try to jump onto someone, in a hugging motion but she is not aggressive at all.
Important things to note:
Good with kids as she have been living with a family of 5 for the past month and she often plays with children. It is unsure if she’s good with other cats or dogs. She is especially bad with birds and other small animal as she often chase after bird to hunt them.
My parents are the legal owner of Dotty however I’m the person that’s taking care of her the most. Therefore I’m the only person in the house who can walk Dotty on a leash without her freaking out.
She is very timid and is easily scared by other people or pets however she is quite friendly and can overcome this problem easily after around 2 days of socialization.
Fun facts:
She barely ever howl or bark. She like back, ear, chin rubs and attention from her owner. Loves gentle owners but also prefer active ones as she is require exercise to calm down and perhaps even avoid some behavioral issues.
Reason for rehoming: Constant escaping, digging holes, hiding house appliances, owner’s financial and time struggles.
